Uzo Nwuga is a certified safeguarding trainer with over six years of experience as a Safeguarding Co‑ordinator and Designated Safeguarding Lead for Fresh Youth MK and Generations Church. Passionate about safeguarding, personal development and empowering communities, she brings a wealth of practical experience, leadership and compassion to her work.
Professional background
Drawing from her professional background as a Test Manager and Project Manager, Uzo brings a wide range of transferable skills into the world of training, including leadership, strategic planning, organisation, communication, problem‑solving and resilience. Her ability to connect with people, manage complex situations and inspire growth has enabled her to make a meaningful impact in both professional and community settings.
Heart & vision
Uzo has always had a strong desire to help others, and she made the decision to pursue her vision of supporting people in discovering and fulfilling their own life vision. Her passion is centred on helping individuals thrive regardless of their circumstances, encouraging them to live with faith, purpose and confidence.
Growth & leadership
She is currently undertaking the John Maxwell Leadership Programme to further enhance her personal growth journey and strengthen her ability to help others grow into their full potential.
Service & community roles
In addition to her safeguarding and training roles, Uzo currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Fresh Inspiration, a Christian charity dedicated to transforming lives, Fresh Youth MK, a youth mentoring programme, and Generations Church.
Personal Note
Above all, Uzo is a devoted mother of three lovely children and a champion for living your best life in every circumstance. Guided by faith and compassion, she lives by the principle:
